Since 2012  Gephyr sprl, a Belgian company & Jampot Technologies, an Indian company, have been handling together the INDIA Internships program implemented by Le Forem for young Belgian graduates.

Over the last 4 years the partnership between Gephyr sprl & Jampot Technologies has welcomed more than 90+ Belgian interns to India to execute their Professional International Internship.

We currently offer our services in two major Indian cities : Mumbai & Pune, where we benefit of contacts and partnerships with a very large network of companies operating in various sectors (Agribusiness, Marketing, Chemical, Engineering, HR, IT, Import-Export, Logistics, Entertainment, Media, Social Action, Education, Translation, Tourism … etc).

It is this wide database that allows us to say that we can provide trainees with professional features that will best suit the different profiles and aspirations.

Our program is designed to enable participants to benefit of a high quality professional experience abroad, while improving their language skills and immersing themselves in the culture of the country, with a particular focus on corporate culture.

Personalized internships selection

Our main focus is to provide the most suitable and personalized internship for the candidate’s profile. In order to achieve this objective we first propose a meeting with our Belgian coordinator. During this first meeting you are invited to describe and explain about your education background, and define the type of internship you are looking for.

Afterwards you start interacting with our Indian coordinator via emails or skype calls. These communications will help us understand your profile and interests.

Following the discussions we will hand pick a company from our database according to your interest and negotiate an internship placement for you. In case we do not have companies matching your interest in our database, we will start looking for sectors/ companies/ internship positions which could best suit your requirements.
