• Invitation to participate to a Preparation Day prior to your departure to provide you a presentation about India and the Indian culture and we do our best to answer all your questions regarding your stay!
• Provide assistance to get the Visa
• We remain available for you all through your internship!

In India

• Welcome you upon your arrival at the Mumbai airport and we drop you at your accommodation
• Guided City Tour (Mumbai or Pune) with presentation of the city highlights
• Local teams dedicated to assist you and provide continuous support during your stay
• Advises regarding cultural activities within the city and trips around Maharashtra
• Excellent managed accommodations with ease of reachability to work and places of interest, (incl. WiFi)
• Breakfast and diner services
• Support with heavy luggage for interns interested to travel after the assignment.
• We drop you back at the airport on your last day

Note: Our services don’t include your Indian Visa fee (about 180 euro for a 5 to 6 months long Visa) & your plane ticket from Belgium to India (Mumbai or Pune airport) which costs around 450 to 550 euros.
